MEST Faire
1. Good times with the Gnomes!
The Mekalia Extravaganza of Science and Technology (MEST) Faire is underway, and I'm just so excited to be a part of it! I managed to collect lots of things, like bird things, miniature things, magical things, and I put it into a great little bag that the Herald of Telon was offering (88 slot bag!). At the end of the day I was tired, but I had some nice new toys to annoy Gath with, so it was all worth it!
One of the nice items I got in this faire was a miniature griffin fluff pet named Tobias. He really is a great looking fellow and follows me everywhere I go.
I also managed to get my hands on a Gnomish Proportional Size Device, which turns me into a really tiny Ant, probably about the size of your hand. Those legs that you see next to me are from a small woodelf.
They warned me that the device is in the prototype stages and could backfire on me. If it does backfire, it turns myself, and my entire group into GNOMES!
There's another backfire with this device too. Instead of turning into a gnome, you turn into a giant! You even shake the ground as you walk!
Well this certainly has been a fun MEST, and I hope they do a bigger and better version next year!
