Wade the Wondrous and his Famous Drums
1. Wade and his Problem
Quest: Poetic Justice: A Hermit's Old Drums
Speeding through the Mountains near Falgarholm, I
stumbled upon an old rustic Cottage with a mean looking
Half Giant and a bunch of chickens roaming outside. The
Half Giant would not talk to me, but inside the cottage
there was a man by the name of Lonely Hermit Wade.
Wade presented me with a proposition. Apparently Lonely
Hermit Wade was once Wade the Wondrous, and while
playing his most wondrous songs, he attracted the
unwanted attention of some Greatwood Treants
(level 34 - 35, 3 dot). If I were to rid him of 15 of these
Treants, he would reward me with his old drums. I
couldn't turn down his challenge, so of course I accepted.

2. Killing the Unwanted Treants
So as instructed, I headed out east until I saw them.
Massive living trees walking around the valley, so disturbed
by Wade's music they could not sit still. They seemed a
challenge even for I, so I called over my gnomish friend to
give me a hand, and together we took out these tree
beasts.
Upon telling the tale to Wade about my successful journey,
he kept his promise and gave me his old drums. I never saw
Wade again, but he will always be remembered every time
I bring out these old Drums of the Hermit.While with Wade, he also offered a quest called Mushroom Surprise, in which you have to collect 10 mushrooms which spawn on the ground in the mountains around his house. Completion of this quest will result in a Mushroom Soup which turns you into a chicken (5 charges). I guess there's more to those chickens in front of his house than I initially thought.
