1. Mount and Scout
Quest: Modes of Transportation
Ksaravi Gulch is one of the dirty rat cities in the northern part of Qalia. Unfortunately these rat people have been getting more and more dangerous, creating lethal poisons, and terrorizing people with them. Fortunately, in comes the Black Wyvern Riders to save the day!
Good for you too, because there is one such man that will help you out with this quest immesily. If you haven't already, head to the Ksaravi Gultch riftway (It is green and on Qalia, of course) and make your way to a man by the name of Curate Sabha.
Curate Sabha will be looming in the Black Wyvern Rider's camp (next to the riftway you just teleported in from). He will offer a quest called Modes of Transportation. If you accept this quest, he will give you your very own Wyvern Mount!
NOTE: This mount will only work in and around the Ksaravi Gulch around.
The quest itself will ask you to fly to 7 check points inside of Ksaravi Gulch (you know, as a flying looking). Flying through the Gulch is not an easy feat, and can be quite dangerous, but when you do find the 7th check point you will find what you have been looking for, an Injured Wyvern Rider (If you wish to skip the scouting quest, look on the main quest page to find the exact location of the injured rider).

2. Injured Rider
Quest: Black Wyvern Down (Part 1)
You will notice right away that the Injured Wyvern Rider needs some help! Apparently the Ksaravi rigged a bunch of nets and threw them at his wyvern, knocking them down into the Gulch. He is hurt, but will be okay. His partner, however, looked like he crashed pretty badly after he got netted, and the Ksaravi got him before he could recover from his landing. He asks that you go find out what happened to him, and gives you the location of his Crash Site, then to report your findings to Curate Sabha.
So fly on over to the mark (located on your map) of the crash site. There you will find a Wyvern that looks very hurt. Right click the Wyvern to search for any clues. Luckily you manage to find a trail of blood leading to the east. Get back onto your wyvern and head east (luckily you will have another mark on your map leading you straight to the Poisoned Soldier).
When you find him, you will notice that he is surrounded by Ksaravi, but there will only be one wanderer that actually gets close to him. Land behind the Poisoned Soldier and kill off that one wanderer. Right click the Poisoned Soldier to give him a wyvern and allow him to make his way out of there (If you are with more than one person, they will have to wait for the Poisoned Soldier to respawn, good thing he doesn't take that long to re-appear).
After you have saved the Poisoned Soldier, head back to Curate Sabha with the report of what you've found. When you reach back to Curate Sabha, inform him that the soldier that has returned has been poisoned, luckily Curate Sabha knows a thing or two about curing this sort of thing and gets right on it. Unfortunately when he tries to cure the soldier, he fails. It ends up that the poison that the soldier has been afflicted with has been infused with malignant and vile magical energies that fight against Sabha when he tries to expel them.
He offers you a reward of some gloves that will allow you to handle most poisons without harm to yourself, so that you can assist futher.
